At Hunter Ability Support, we provide personalised Community Access services to help you stay connected, active, and involved in your community. Our team offers safe and reliable transport in accessible vans (with a 360kg lifting capacity) to make getting around easy and comfortable.
Whether it’s attending appointments, joining local activities, or enjoying social outings, we’re here to support your independence, confidence, and community participation every step of the way.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) provides comprehensive support in a shared or solo home, focusing on skill-building for daily tasks. Independent Living Options (ILO) offer a more flexible funding model, allowing clients to create a personalised support arrangement to suit their unique needs.
Complex Care is specialised support for people with higher medical, mental health, or age-related needs. It’s delivered by experienced and compassionate professionals who can assist with medication management, health monitoring, and other specialised tasks to help you stay safe, healthy, and comfortable at home.
Personal Care focuses on everyday living such as showering, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. While both aim to promote independence and wellbeing, Complex Care provides that extra level of clinical expertise for those who need more tailored, hands-on support to live well and confidently.
Our Domestic Assistance services help clients with essential household tasks such as meal preparation and cleaning. This support ensures a safe and comfortable living environment, allowing clients to focus on their health and wellbeing.
Yes, Hunter Ability Support provides compassionate Palliative Care services for individuals and their families.
